In 1987 he founded Commercial Sight and Sound, and by 1992, the company had evolved to offer leading-edge multimedia and Internet services to several multinational companies. In 1998 Pat re-imaged CSS into Kinekom Inc. to reflect its focus on high energy, fast track Internet communication software product development. During this time, Patten also served as principal consultant to a number of Fortune 1000 companies.
